I have a product review for the Singer Pixie

Ok let me start by saying I have 2 great sewing machines but wanted this little compact one for some light projects. I have read some of the reviews but let me just say this. It comes with some thread and bobbins which is ok but throw that thread away and empty it off of the bobbins. The thread is cheap and breaks really easy and will frustrate you. Get yourself a spool of Coat's and Clark fill your bobbin then sew you will find it does so much better. Also keep in mind that this is a craft sewing machine and it is for light projects such as scrap booking, light sewing , small projects etc. Don't buy this with the intention of sewing a new wardrobe or making curtains for your entire house or you will be disappointed.

There were comments about the peddle giving out now hasn't happened to me yet and hope it doesn't but with the flip of a switch it will sew for you and has several stitch patterns. Also if you read the directions it tells you to unplug when not in use.

It is light weight and portable enough to take away from home and get this it will run on batteries too.
