What a beautiful level 1 task Soul Coaching gave us today - radiate love at everybody. I was out and about downtown all day so there were lots of opportunities to encounter people and spread love. I sent an extra-strength love beam to all of the people working in the service industry. Whenever I bought something or asked a question, I looked at the person helping and sent them love. I got lots of smiles in return. And I must say, rather a lot of surprised looks. I think this one is a life practice.
