You HAVE GOT to check out Ms. Winston's website and all of her amazing resources! I was browsing around her site and found these handy dandy reading response trifolds! You can use them with fiction or non-fiction texts and she even has a blank one you can download and make your own.
She also has a bazillion other resources for teachers...way cute!
