Honor Your Father & Mother

Honor Your Father & Mother File Folder Game: Your parents are important and do many things for you. In this game, players give reasons why their parents are important as they make their way through the game board. The first player to “FINISH” wins. (4th Commandment)





God says to “Honor your father and mother”. Honoring your father and mother means respecting and obeying them because they are very important people. Place your markers on the "START” space. The players roll a die and follow the directions on the space they land on. When a player lands on the picture of the family, they must state a reason why their parents are important. Example: “I honor my parents because they take care of me.” The first player to “FINISH” wins.




Directions- Print out Directions and cut it out.

Game Board- Print out Game Board and glue on the inside of the file folder. Make sure the directions are on the front of the file folder. Laminate or cover file folder with clear contact paper to make it last.
