Wow!

Can I just say that I am completely and totally dependent on this internet and when it's down..it's just bad! Especially when it's down as much as ours has been. Drives me nuts. But I'm on..and here I am ready to post and share some stuff.

So..it's been a tough week..amazing how in one moment everything can change for you. But it's okay..you just get up..and try it a different way. So..I'm just moving forward..feeling I made a really good choice. But I know..if things change..I'm aware on how to better handle that. I promise..I am learning!

I am completely lucky to have a person in my life named Lynne! Words don't describe her..she's just everything I need to be and better. (insert big smile here) Thanks for giving me some of your day!!!!!!!!!! No...alot of your day!LOLOLOL It's amazing how many things we can talk about!LOL

And speaking of Lynne..I have been dying to share a layout that she inspired. No not a layout of hers she herself inspired it..and that is really cool I think. So Lynne...this one is for you.....*Click on it..it's worth it..and the little arrow say "happiness"



No..it's not going to knock anyone's socks off..but it makes me smile really big and it feels just like Haley. It's her. And that picture..it's really her. I like that its just a bit out of focus..and she's looking away..because it's her. She's wearing our favorite Happy Bunny shirts..and the "Not Listening" one which is so true! But it's all her..I need to do more like this don't you think?

My legs are scary. Went and had a vein treatment done. Why do I wait to summer to do this is beyond me but I did. So I had all these bruised spots all over my calf and thighs..oh well. They'll look good when the bruises are gone. Thankfully the Dr has changed his original statement of my needing 6 treatments to now 3. And this was my 2nd so this should be really effective given how well I did 2 years ago on the first. Just silly of me to do it now. Next time..dead winter I go..pale legs!haha

Well my brain is done..so much going on lately its crazy. our calendar is filled everyday it seems..so not like us. But I guess this is life as the kids get older we are getting busier. And I love being home..so that pull to come back is strong. But it's nice to get out there too.

And and and I am on summer book #7 if you believe it. I am flying through books right now. Reading a mystery(I think) by Kay Cooper..trying out lots of new authors..just finished the Shopaholic series and felt the book at times reminded me just a teeny bit of me..but then who wouldn't who likes to shop!ha

Birthday's, Recitals, Internet Woes and More!

Gosh..you know it's next to impossible to keep my blog updated when my ISP is down all the time! AAHH We are getting online somedays for 5-10 minutes at a time and no more! So..if you're a daily reader of my blog and and of late are getting irritated at me..thank Charter for this. I have lots to share with you..just no ability to do it. So let's see if today we can't do a catch up of stuff okay?

So..this past weekend..Haley's birthday party..check! Haley's dance recital...check!



One of Macarthur's amazing cookie cakes..these will add ten pounds to my thighs just looking at it! Soo oooooo gooooddd!!!!!!!!!!!



See Tammy....I told you she loved the Bratz Twins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Okay..so there's the highlights..everything good! She looked beautiful on the stage(actually a bit too pretty in her makeup..Scott said..she's never dating!HA) and definitely takes after me and much prefers tap over ballet! Good choice!LOL

So..I have to share one more absolutely amazing pic..I took this of her about 2 weeks ago or less..but didn't get to post it..it's amazing..the color..everything..can't wait to scrap this one........



So that's it for today..been super busy doing some work for Bo Bunny that was due today..so now I can move onto some other deadlines..it's all good though!

How about an Update?

Gosh..life is busy. I mean I know everyone's is..but lately is silly, stupid busy. But still good..still fun. Just busy! Which means in all that busyness..less time on the computer. And that's good really. I've got lots more things I should be doing! Here's what has been keeping this family busy...

Garage Sales..sold enough that I get to go order a new entry foyer light(YES!), the pendant lights for the kitchen and hopefully a new fan too. That is very very exciting and well worth the 2 days of garage saleing(is that a word!LOL) and all the days leading up that I went through the house getting things ready.

Six Flags...we out there Friday for Haley's birthday. Sat in traffic that came from nowhere an hour. Just to get there and literally find out that the water park had just closed! OMG what water park closes at 6pm!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say we weren't happy and returned Saturday after the garage sale and hung out till they closed at 7pm and then went for dinner.

Cars...took the kids on Haley's birthday to see this..LOVED LOVED it..did I say loved? Because I did. Maybe it's that diehard car person in me maybe I think Owen Wilson's voice is the cutest on there..maybe I like Bonnie Hunt as a Porshe(haha..no Vettes!)..but it's simply adorable. I will most likely take the kids to see it again when it goes to the dollar show. It's too cute!

Walking..yes..every day almost getting out for a really really good walk that involves some good hills that let's me know it's really working. Stepping on the scales finally shows a small drop..so we're finally moving in the right direction. What a really good feeling! I need that!

Scrapping..well some cool projects have come to my table and it's been really really exciting! Can't say a whole lot more right now...on that. Bo Bunny is sending me some new product goodies..well they'll be here today. Giving us on the DTeam a first time chance to design projects for the actual catalog. I am too too excited. So another tight turnaround due on Monday. Wish me luck!

Other than that..let's see..Haley's dance recital Friday night, Haley's birthday party Saturday at the pool, Father's Day Sunday, my BBunny deadline Monday...this is our life lately. Fun..but busy. And yes...I have scrapped in all this craziness..so I'll leave you with some new ones...

Happy 9th Birthday Haley!

Well today is my sweet Haley's 9th Birthday! She wanted to know the exact time she was born..1:17pm in the afternoon..8 lbs 6 oz..the biggest of the three. Scott delivered her with my cool Dr. watching him. He was so stinkin proud of himself. She's a sweetheart, kind, thoughtful, a true blonde(think of a Suzanne Sommers in 3's Company..lol), brave, always open to do something new and loves to be with me and her family. She's truly a treasure and the past 9 years have flown by. I would gladly relive them all over to experience her again as a baby..but I guess I just have to enjoy her as she is now..a big 9 year old!

Cardinal Baseball Game

Finally Tuesday night Scott and I attended our first Cardinal game in two years. We sadly didn't make one last year and with it being the last year for Busch Stadium made it a bit hard. But we vowed to get to a few games this year at the new stadium. Here's some pictures from our night!

And lastly..just a note to our friends over in Scotland who have not been to a Major League Baseball game. We wished you were here with us..it was the perfect night, the stadium was filled with 44,000+ people dressed in a sea of red..unreal!

It was a fantastic night..here's a clip of our number 1 player and really of the whole League, Albert Pujols, batting..enjoy! We wanted our friends to have a feel for the game!
