Whew!
Well thank goodness I finished all the Girl Scout albums on time..literally minutes to spare. They loved them..I am so relieved! They troop assistant just kept hugging me when she saw them..made the hard work worth it. I am so glad I sent Scott to the banquet though. After finishing..I was wiped out! I did nothing for 3 hours last night..just nothing. Kind of weird!
But then..another surge of energy and I realized I needed to get Ellie's gift made since today was her last day and here I have been watching her since she was 6 weeks old. So I came up with a cute mini album that she can carry with her everywhere to remember her friends. I told her Mom to open it at home because I am sure she'll get upset!
So here's a snap or two of it!
Gotta run,

Guest in The House
We had a suprise guest..a BIG one too! I was driving home yesterday and saw a turtle crossing from one construction site into another and knew that would not be good. So I stopped..but when I got out to pick it up..HOLY COW! The biggest turtle I have seen except for at a Zoo!!!! OMGOsh!!
I was nervous picking it up and it weighed a ton! I mean heavy! So I put it in the car..headed home. Took it up to the "turtle bathroom" and politely put Lady, our Box Turtle, into the tub. Didn't want a turtle fight and gesh..this turtle could squash her.
Well I did a little investigating and it turned out I had found a full size Red-eared Slider Turtle..and most likely a female due to the size. She was a good 12 inches in length and weighed 5 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! HUGE! Beautiful though..incredible green eyes..her legs were enormous and looked like snake's skin and what was really cool were that her back feet(big by the way) were webbed...she's a swimmer!!
As hard as I tried to get a picture of her with her legs and head out..she wasn't interested..too afraid of us. But I did get a couple..and shoot when you compare her to Lady alone..you can tell she is BIG!
I am happy to say that Scott took her to Bee Tree Park today and hopefully she will be safe there. The Zoo told me that they had a few already on hand. I was a bit upset they never gave me a chance to tell them that she was the biggest that is found..normally they are 4-5 inches in length. But at least now she has less of a chance of being run over by a bull dozer!HA

Outside
I think someone needs to come up with a device that let's you tan while you sit outside and scrapbook..but nothing will blow away!HA My dilema the entire weekend...I needed to do lots and lots and lots of scrapping..but the kids wanted to be outside! So as always..I got up early..scrapped while I could..emailed..blogged..and then headed outside for as long as Parker wanted to be. Those 19 Girl Scout albums the entire time consuming my head! I was so happy to see rain on Sunday morning..because I knew it gave me more time! How silly is that!
Seriously though..beautiful weather..today it is incredible out! I sit here..the sky is incredibly blue, there is a light breeze and shoot if I could see the ocean...it would be perfect!
Okay..off to get some of those 19 albums done..here's some cute pictures I took of the boys!
Have a good one!

It's Done
Yeah! It's done..that is the Dad's Book or really whatever you want it to be! I did it for Scott and called it, You make My world Go Round..because he does! I love the colors of it..all those blues and greens and hey..blue is his favorite color..so I did really good picking these!
Now I feel I can turn my attention to these other projects since I know this one is done! WHEW! Being creative on demand is not easy..I don't know how my friend Dee does what she does..I don't do anything like her work..and somedays I have not one drip of inspiration and other days it just pours out. Usually seems those are the days it's beautiful out and the kids want to play outside and I can't work! Does anyone have an outside scrapbook room? Maybe I should do that!HA
I did snap some really cute pictures yesterday of the boys since they are the focus of most of my design work pages this month. I feel like Haley tends to normally get picked..but the boys are just as cute as she is. Although not maybe dressed as cute!
Okay off for now!
